Statism is destroying the United States of America. The size of the federal government is stifling everything that has made this country great. Businesses are afraid to expand. Investments are moving overseas. Every day liberties are being eroded. The debt and deficit will crush generations to come.
There are forces withing this country, and even around the world, that want to see the United States fail. They do not believe in the Constitution. They want control of every facet of your life. The health care bill that was signed into law is just a continuation, and a huge step, in controlling your life. The government will now have control over you medical care in ways that are not even apparent yet. Remember Speaker Pelosi said they had to pass the bill so we could find out what was in it.
The people we have put into power are controlled by unions and big financiers. They have everything to gain with more government control. The money you make is not yours. It is government's to do as it sees fit. Liberty and freedom are being eroded from everything including travel, what you can eat, what you can drink and how you can play.
This is not the country that I want to live in, nor leave to my kids. I joined the Tea Party movement on day one to stand up to the government. The elections in November 2010 were an important indication that people may have actually awakened to the dangers that we have in our governments. It was a battle that was mostly one. It will be an on-going war.
The statists, Socialist, Marxists and Progressives in this country are no longer hiding. They are announcing themselves loud and clear. They intend to dismantle the Constitution and pull the U.S. into a European Socialist agenda.
This blog will provide resources that I find helpful in keeping informed and protecting my family and wealth in the coming siege of Progressivism. If you do not want to go quietly into a liberal utopia then you have to stay informed, be involved and protect your health and finances.
There are numerous blogs and websites run by talented conservative writers, bloggers and video makers that I find comforting and informative. There are also a bunch of liberal bloggers with loose screws that need to be exposed as well. I'll be presenting the info on this blog.
